Bon Jovi, Motley Crue, Scorpions, Cinderella and Skid Row are some of the rock acts booked for the Moscow Music Peace Festival Aug. 12-13. Four hours of the Aug. 13 rocking in Moscow will be seen in this country on a prime-time, pay-per-view TV special that will be simulcast on radio by Westwood One. The peace festival is being sponsored by the Make a Difference Foundation, which is dedicated to combating drug and alcohol abuse among youth. Funds from the festival will be shared by U.S. and Soviet organizations that work with young substance abusers.
