Improvement Is Shown by Tonya Moore

The condition of Tonya Moore was upgraded from serious to fair Thursday, two days after she was shot by her husband, former Angel relief pitcher Donnie Moore, who then killed himself.
Tonya Moore was released from the intensive care unit and moved to a regular ward, said a spokeswoman at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center.
Tonya Moore was shot in the stomach, neck and right shoulder during an argument at the Moore home Tuesday afternoon. Moore then shot himself in the head.
