The Clippers will end a six-year string of season-opening road games when they play host to Houston Nov. 3 at the Sports Arena.
The Lakers will open on Nov. 3, at Dallas.
The Minnesota Timberwolves, one of two National Basketball Assn. expansion teams, will open the 1989-90 season Nov. 3 at Seattle.
The Orlando Magic, the other new team, will open at home Nov. 4 against New Jersey.
