Commercial Scene : Upland Group Buys 13-Acre Site in Norco

A 13.55-acre site on River Road in Norco in Riverside County has been sold for $3.25 million.

Misretta/Downey Roach, an Upland partnership, purchased the land from Sam Spizman of Palm Springs. The Hanes Co. handled the deal.
