In the first day of a trial to determine how the assets of attorney Gloria Allred and her ex-husband should be divided, Glendale Superior Court Judge Joseph Kalin on Monday ordered Allred to produce financial records of her holdings in her Los Angeles law firm.

William Allred is seeking half his ex-wife’s holdings in the law firm--Allred, Maroko, Goldberg & Ribakoff--while Gloria Allred is seeking half of William Allred’s share in his aerospace company, Donallco Inc.

William Allred is serving a five-year sentence in a federal prison in Texas for conspiring the defraud the government by selling bogus aircraft parts to the Air Force. He was convicted in October, 1987.
