For Some, Neneh’s No Joni . . . Period

Using the phrase “folk trimmings of the ‘70s” in speaking of Mitchell’s music is obscene. Her work is as contemporary and challenging as any new artist.
I too think Neneh Cherry is an exciting act, but, please, show some respect for an artist who was making important music before Neneh could walk.
