Bank of America Footage Leased to Howard Gitlen

Howard Gitlen Associates has subleased from Cooper, Epstein & Hurewitz about 27,000 square feet of office space on the 7th and 8th floors of the Bank of America Building at Wilshire Boulevard and Beverly Drive.
The 9 1/2-year sublease, one of the largest Beverly Hills office subleases, was made for a rent of about $5.5 million.
Howard Gitlen has reconditioned all of the offices into a combination of uses for his real estate company and the barter exchange franchise of which he is the principal.
