Corona Site Purchased by Albertson’s Market
Brea-based Albertson’s has purchased 3.9 acres in Corona from Corona Hills Associates of Irvine in a transaction totaling $1.3 million.
Located on the northwest corner of McKinley and the 91 Freeway in the Corona Hills Plaza, the property is planned as the location of a 43,000-square-foot Albertsons supermarket.
The project is targeted for completion in the first quarter of 1990, according to Mark Koenig of the Riverside office of Coldwell Banker. It handled the transaction for both parties in conjunction with the Anaheim office.
