J. Michael Parks was named president and chief executive of Call Interactive, a new joint venture company of American Express Information Services Co. (ISC) and American Telephone & Telegraph. The new firm provides a telecommunications and information processing service that enables thousands of callers to participate simultaneously in marketing and entertainment programs. Parks has been president of WATS Marketing Group, now a unit of ISC, since December. He will be succeeded there by Robert M. (Mike) Scott, who has been ISC’s chief administrative officer.
