Third Person Dies in Manhattan Explosion

NEW YORK —
A third person died Sunday from burns received when a high pressure steam pipe exploded, blowing a 20-foot hole in a Manhattan street and sending a 10-story-high jet of hot steam into the air, authorities said.
At least 18 others were injured and hundreds evacuated.
