Bloodied Arrow in Burglarized House Points to Dead Man

A burglar died after he apparently stumbled down a stairway and fell on a hunting arrow he was carrying, investigators said Monday.

A passer-by found Greg Moore, 25, of Tulsa, dead in his pickup truck less than a mile from a house that had been ransacked Sunday, a sheriff’s deputy said. Moore had a wound in his lower chest that appeared to have severed a major artery, the deputy said.

He said that cocaine and syringes, along with goods reported missing from the home, were found in the truck, and investigators found blood on the porch of the house and a bloodied arrow and trails of blood inside.
