The Rolling Stones have finally made it to the cover of Time magazine--17 years late. The Stones had posed for a cover photo in 1972, but they were bumped by George McGovern. “Oh, do we have to do this again?” Mick Jagger said during the latest photo session in Washington, Conn., where the band rehearsed for this year’s tour. “We did it years ago.”
