Lewis Lloyd, who was reinstated by the National Basketball Assn. after a two-year ban because of a drug violation, said he wants to move quickly in negotiations with the Houston Rockets.
Lloyd, who played for the Rockets for four seasons before being banned from the league 2 1/2 years ago, was reinstated by Commissioner David Stern.
