Special Bus Lines for Fair
During the coming three weekends, the Foothill Transit System will run two special bus lines for patrons of the Los Angeles County Fair in Pomona.
On Saturdays and Sundays, lines will operate to the fair from Eastland Shopping Center in West Covina and Puente Hills Mall in the City of Industry. Fare will be $3 each way.
The service will be available every half-hour on Saturdays between 8 a.m. and midnight, and on Sundays from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The Eastland line, 698, will go from Barranca Avenue and Workman Avenue, making regular stops of line 498 until Arrow Highway at Grand Avenue, where it will go directly to the fair.
The Puente Hills line, 695, will start at Albatross Road on the east side of the mall and, before going directly to the fair, make the stops normally on line 495 between the mall and the Caltrans Park and Ride lot at Diamond Bar Boulevard.
