Bus Fumes
Recently, on Foothill Boulevard in La Crescenta we were following a Southern California Rapid Transit bus, I guess. It was difficult to see because it was emitting such a great cloud of black smoke; we were being choked by the fumes.
In Los Angeles, bedeviled by smog and a city which claims to try to control pollution and vehicle emissions, why are such buses allowed to operate?
