The choice to display Richard Ramirez’s color photo (front page, Sept. 21), giving the “devil sign” and looking like some media star in his dark glasses, is unfortunate.
There are people out there who cannot make distinctions, who somehow will make a hero out of this guy and possibly want to emulate his actions.
Think about it!
