UCLA Women Play Stanford in Volleyball
The UCLA women’s volleyball team, ranked second in the country, will try to remain undefeated in the Pacific 10 Conference when it plays host to Stanford tonight at 7 at Pauley Pavilion.
Stanford, which opened the season ranked second, has fallen to sixth nationally after losing to unranked Oregon last Saturday. The Cardinal is 8-3 overall.
The Bruins, whose only loss was to top-ranked Hawaii on Sept. 8, are 9-1 overall and lead the Pac-10 at 4-0. The Bruins have won 22 consecutive Pac-10 matches over the last two seasons, a conference record.
