Two Sports May Be One Too Many, Even for Bo
Bo Jackson makes “good copy” by playing two major league sports in back-to-back seasons. But he makes a big mistake, and short-changes himself, by fooling around with the Raiders.
If he worked in an instructional league on putting the ball in play more often, with his super power and super speed, he could become truly awesome.
And, even with fall and winter baseball study, Jackson still would have lots of time for hunting and fishing, and permitting his legs to heal properly.
Fabulous though he may be, Bo Jackson still is a human being, not a machine.
