Commercial Scene : National Lumber Signs Lease in Oceanside
National Lumber, based in Fountain Valley, has signed a $7.2-million, 20-year anchor lease for a 60,000-square-foot home-improvement center in Mission-Douglas Plaza, at the southeast corner of Mission and Douglas avenues in Oceanside.
The transaction was arranged by the Escondido office of John Burnham & Co. Commercial Real Estate in cooperation with Horst Realty and Warren Kellogg & Associates.
Construction began in early summer. The shopping plaza’s lessor and developer is John Collins/Commercial Pacific III, doing business as Commerical Pacific Developers of Costa Mesa.
