Queen of Resorts
By coincidence you ran an article on Hawaii’s Kohala Coast (Footloose, Sept. 17) the day I came back from a week’s stay at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel. Exactly as you described it, the hotel resort is the queen of the island resorts. The dining experience at the Batik room and the Pavilion was something to behold. From the bellhop to the pool/beach manager, the service was superb. I am already looking forward to seeing these newly made friends again.
