When NBC’s comedy series “227” tapes its 100th show today, there will be a touch of deja vu for Hal Williams, who stars in the show with Marla Gibbs. The story calls for his character to reminisce about his stint as an Army drill instructor . . . a role Williams played on the former “Private Benjamin” series.
