The former husband of a woman who was shot to death with her 4-year-old daughter surrendered after a two-hour siege of a house in Yolo County. Officers said Kenneth Wayne (Togo) McGraw, 32, barricaded himself in the house, but surrendered after a lengthy conversation with tactical police officers from Davis. McGraw had been sought by Placer County officials after the bodies of his former wife, Kimberly K. McGraw, 29, and their daughter, Amber, were discovered at their home near Lincoln. They were found by the couple’s 6-year-old son when he arrived home from school. The victim’s car, missing from her home, was found in front of the house in Madison where McGraw surrendered.
