Kaiser Permanente Medical Care Program plans to add at least four offices in Orange County during the next three years and to expand an existing facility, spokeswoman Donna Donan-Drasner said. Kaiser now operates six facilities in the county.

The expansion in the county is part of a larger $5-billion expansion program that the health maintenance organization has under way in Southern California, she said.

The Oakland company has leased space in Fountain Valley for a clinic scheduled to open Oct. 31.

In addition, Kaiser Permanente has bought a 2.4-acre site in Santa Ana for an outpatient medical facility that will be built by 1992. Also in Santa Ana, she said, the company recently purchased an office building in which it had been leasing space for mental-health services. Services there will be expanded to include primary care, a chemical-dependency recovery program and home health services, she said.

In Irvine, she said, the company recently purchased a 3.5-acre site for another outpatient medical facility for family practice, pediatrics and dermatology. The building is expected to be completed in 1991.

In Brea, the company has purchased a 5.6-acre site for an outpatient facility for family practice and pediatrics that is expected to open in 1992.
