SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO : 99-Acre Housing Site to Be Session Topic
- Share via
A proposed 99-acre housing development will be discussed today at a 7 p.m. special work session of the city Planning Commission. Plans submitted to the city by Irvine-based Concorde Development include 85 homes in an area known as Deep Canyon, which is off the north end of Camino las Ramblas.
The city planning staff has expressed concerns that the proposed housing tract would violate a recently adopted ridgeline preservation law, and it has asked the developer to redesign its grading plan. The meeting will be held at City Hall, 32400 Paseo Adelanto.
