Junior Lightweights Baeza and Lopez to Meet in Rematch Tonight in Irvine

IRVINE — Armando Baeza of Norwalk and Ben Lopez of Upland stage a rematch tonight in a main event of the monthly boxing program at the Irvine Marriott Hotel.
The two junior lightweights fought last April at the Marriott and Baeza got a split decision. He won on two cards, 95-94, and, 97-94, and lost, 98-92.
Baeza is 13-4-1, Lopez 13-5.
The first of six scheduled fights starts at 7:30 p.m. Remaining tickets will be on sale starting at 10 a.m. today in the ballroom of the hotel.
