SFE Technologies, a San Fernando electronics components manufacturer, said William P. Kuehn was elected chairman and chief executive by the firm’s board of directors. Kuehn, who replaced Alan D. Rubendall, previously ran his own crisis management consulting firm, Kuehn Holdings.
