ANAHEIM : Man Dies After Being Found Shot in Car
A 35-year-old man died Monday after he was found sitting in a car at an Anaheim park with a gunshot wound in his head, police said Tuesday.
The man, an Anaheim resident whose name was being withheld until relatives could be notified, died about 11:15 p.m. at Anaheim Memorial Hospital. He had been found about 45 minutes earlier in his car on the north side of Pearson Park, at Sycamore Street and Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim police said.
No weapon was found nearby, so the case is being treated as a homicide. Police said they have established no motives and have no suspects.
