‘Roseanne’ Cartoons? ABC is negotiating with representatives of Roseanne Barr for a Saturday morning cartoon series based on the highly popular comedy show “Roseanne,” according to an ABC spokesperson. Tentatively titled “Little Roseanne,” the show would make its debut next fall if an agreement is reached. “We are discussing it but no commitment has been made,” said the ABC spokesperson, who asked for anonymity. “Roseanne,” now in its second season, is ABC’s highest-rated prime-time show and has frequently been first in the Nielsen ratings.
