Suit Filed Against Actor Anson Williams: Actor Anson Williams and the NBC network were sued Dec. 4 in Los Angeles Superior Court by a Los Angeles woman who claims that her idea for a made-for-television movie was stolen. Beverly Raymond and her company, Beverly House Productions, secured the rights to the story of a mother and son who had gone through U.S. Army basic training together, the suit said. The movie, “Your Mother Wears Army Boots,” was to be directed by Anson Williams for the production company with which Raymond had a deal. Instead, Williams directed an NBC film with the same story line and title in March. NBC had no comment. An attorney for Williams could not be reached for comment. (Filed Dec. 4, 1989, Case No. C745414.)
