SOUTHLAND : Encinitas Ticket Wins Lotto

SACRAMENTO —
A player from Encinitas picked all six numbers in the midweek Lotto 6/49 drawing to win the $9.9-million jackpot, state lottery officials said today.
The winner will be identified when the ticket claim is verified at lottery headquarters, a spokesman said.
In the five-of-six plus bonus category, two players who bought tickets in Corona del Mar and Orangevale each won $758,281, officials said.
