UCLA Women Lose to Ohio State, 66-57
Ohio State committed 29 turnovers, but UCLA shot only 33% from the field and lost to the Buckeyes, 66-57, in a women’s basketball game Wednesday night at Columbus, Ohio.
UCLA (4-3) trailed, 57-54, with a little more than three minutes remaining, but the Buckeyes (6-3) outscored the Bruins, 9-3, the rest of the way.
Forward Nicole Sanchez led Ohio State with 21 points and 10 rebounds. Forward Michelle Wootton led the Bruins with 11 points and 11 rebounds.
