Toronto Symphony to Tour Pacific Rim: Calling it the most ambitious international tour in its 67-year history, the Toronto Symphony Orchestra has announced a spring tour of the Pacific Rim. Covering 26 days and 11 cities, the tour will also include the first visit to Australia by a major Canadian orchestra. The tour begins in Vancouver on April 30 with a performance at the Orpheum Theatre, then travels to San Francisco for a concert at the Louise M. Davies Symphony Hall. After that, there will be concerts at four cities in Australia, three in Japan and single concerts in Singapore and Taiwan.
