Wattson Charter Buildings in Irvine will consist of two four-story office buildings and a four-level parking structure. The project is located on a 259,000-square-foot parcel of land and will contain more than 192,000 square feet of office space. Ground-breaking is scheduled for September, 1990, with completion expected in October.
