Oxnard Man Dies in Moorpark Car Crash
A car spun out of control and overturned in Moorpark on Friday, killing the driver, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department reported.
Jaime Eduardo Hernandez, 24, of Oxnard died of head injuries at Los Robles Regional Medical Center in Thousand Oaks shortly after he was thrown from the car in the 3:20 p.m. crash at Walnut Canyon Road and Casey Road, Lt. Tony Ditzhazy said. A 17-year-old passenger, whose name was not released, was not injured, he said.
It was not known what caused the car to go out of control, Ditzhazy said.
