Orange Council’s Approval of Eastern Development Plan
- Share via
After the vote last week by the Orange City Council, one would think that it must have more than close links with the Irvine Co.
As Orange County air pollution gets worse each year, water is at a premium, we are running out of places to bury our garbage, traffic is at a crawl--the Irvine Co. is going to build another massive high-density development in what is left of the back hills of unspoiled land.
Clearly, this council does not represent the interests of the citizens of Orange or the county in general, but only the interests of the richest man in the county--Donald Bren of the Irvine Co.
