The city will provide transportation to the shelters between 5:30 and 7 p.m. from four sites in the Valley: Van Nuys City Hall, 14410 Sylvan St.; Valley Community Clinic, 5648 Vineland Ave., North Hollywood; Valley Rescue Mission, 11741 Glenoaks Blvd., San Fernando; and El Centro de Amistad, 7024 Deering Ave., Canoga Park.
