A former plumber convicted, then cleared, in the murder of newspaper reporter Don Bolles was ordered Tuesday to stand trial again, more than 13 years after the fatal car bombing.

The judge’s order was issued during a preliminary hearing for James Robison, who was convicted with two other men in 1977. Robison’s conviction and that of Max Dunlap were overturned in 1980 by the Arizona Supreme Court. Dunlap and the third man, John Harvey Adamson, who is in prison pending appeal, were not charged again.
