A 12-year-old boy, who told police he raped his 5-year-old half sister after watching an intimate scene on television, was charged with two counts of rape, incest and lewd and lascivious conduct by Alameda County authorities. Police Lt. Thomas Hull said the youth admitted that he raped the little girl twice on the same day while their parents were away from home. “He said he was sorry,” Hull said. The 12-year-old is the son of the father, and the girl is the child of the current marriage.
