A 21-year-old Inglewood man was killed and two of his friends were injured when two gunmen shot at the group in a liquor store parking lot in downtown Inglewood Wednesday night, police said.

Anthony Griffith died at UCLA Medical Center from several bullet wounds. Dewayne Gray, 24, and Jullian Jones, 17, both received minor wounds, police said.

One of the victims told police that the three friends were standing outside Anthony’s Liquors at Manchester Boulevard and Cedar Street about 8:30 p.m. when two black males in their 20s came out of the store and began shooting at them. The gunmen then ran off to a waiting car.
