We think that the Medfly project is doing a great job of keeping California safe for agriculture. We do have one suggestion, however.
To perfect the “Apocalypse Now” ambience of a phalanx of low-flying helicopters passing overhead at dawn, we suggest that each one be fitted with a loudspeaker so they can play “Ride of the Valkyries” as they go by.
