CBS Hires DEA Official

NEW YORK — CBS News said Thursday it is hiring David M. Stutman, head of the Drug Enforcement Administration’s office here, as its consultant on stories about drugs and crime after he retires from the DEA. Stutman, a 26-year veteran of law enforcement, plans to retire Feb. 28 and will start his job in news March 1, CBS said.
