A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday for Judy Bellomo, a former U.S. women’s volleyball team member who died last month in a San Diego hospital from complications during surgery for thyroid cancer. The service will be held at Glendale Presbyterian Church, 219 E. Harvard St. Bellomo, who was 23, grew up in Glendale.
