UAL Delays Fare Hike: United Airlines said it is postponing by a week a fare increase designed to cover higher fuel prices. Affected are a $6 boost on domestic one-way tickets and $12 on domestic round-trip fares. The increases, already delayed once before, now are to start Feb. 22. Other airlines said they would do the same.
