Oak Plans to Sell California Unit: San Diego-based Oak Industries plans to sell its only remaining business in California and then move its headquarters to Boston, William Weaver, Oak’s chief financial officer, said. Oak said it hopes to sell the communications unit that has plants in San Diego and Taiwan.
