Walters on Gumbel: It took Barbara Walters to woo Bryant Gumbel to the other side of an interview. NBC’s “Today” host Gumbel will appear with Walters on ABC’s “20/20” on March 16. The interview will be taped this week. It’s a coup for Walters, because “Bryant talks to nobody about nothing,” according to Walters’ publicist Barbara Brogliatti. The press representative for “20/20” said that Walters and Gumbel agreed that there will be no ground rules for the interview.
