NCAA DIVISION I WOMEN’S TOURNAMENT : Arkansas Upsets Stephen F. Austin
Delmonica DeHorney scored 32 points and Arkansas made six free throw attempts in the final two minutes as the Lady Razorbacks rallied from a 13-point second-half deficit to beat No. 6-ranked Stephen F. Austin, 87-82, Thursday night in the NCAA women’s West Regional basketball tournament at Stanford.
Portia Hill scored 39 points to lead the Ladyjacks, who let their second-half lead and 15-game winning streak slip away as DeHorney and Amber Nicholas combined for 30 second-half points for Arkansas.
Arkansas will meet Stanford in the regional final Saturday. The Cardinal defeated Mississippi, 78-65, in the other semifinal game.

In the Midwest Regional, Louisiana Tech defeated Purdue, 91-47, and Texas beat North Carolina State, 72-63.
In the Mideast Regional, Washington defeated South Carolina, 73-61, and Auburn defeated Vanderbilt, 89-67.
In the East Regional, Tennessee defeated Clemson, 80-62, and Virginia defeated Providence, 77-71.
