Beverly Hills : Renovation Budget Revised
Renovation of the Rodeo Drive parking structure will cost at least $91,000 more than planned, city officials said.
Additionally, work to prepare the site for a clothing store at the street level of the structure will cost an extra $390,000, said Howard Rattner, economic development manager for the city. He said the cost would be covered by tenant rent.
The total cost is expected to amount to $4.73 million, he said, compared to a budgeted expenditure of $4.25 million.
