Defensive back Anthony Burnett of UCLA is one of seven more underclassmen, none expected to be high picks and some who may not be chosen at all, who were declared eligible for the April 22 NFL draft, bringing to 35 the number coming out early.

Unlike the first group, which includes anywhere from seven to 10 potential first-rounders, none of these players are expected to be taken in the first few rounds.

The players include two running backs, Thurman Geathers of Oregon Tech and Robert Haynes of Greenville (Ill.); defensive back Cornelius Price of Houston; kick Jeff Klemp of Kansas; offensive lineman Chris Mongeau of American International, and defensive end John Tregellis of Sacramento City Junior College.

March 22 was the deadline for underclassmen to file. League spokesman Jim Heffernan said the league was continuing to process applications.
