Stanford upset two-time defending Pacific 10 Conference men’s gymnastics champion UCLA and edged Arizona State by .55 points at Tempe, Ariz, Friday night.
It was the first team title for the Cardinal, who had 280.20 points. Arizona State was at 279.65, and UCLA finished third at 275.65 followed by California (272.40).
