Abdo Khoury has been named president of Awdeh & Co., a real estate development and investment consulting firm. He succeeds Makram Awdeh, who will retain his title as chairman of the company. Khoury will be responsible for directing the overall operations of the company and overseeing all of its offices, including those in New York and Newport Beach and the home office in Boston. He will be based in the Newport Beach office. Khoury had served as executive vice president of the company since 1980.
